Repair the Hypatia code-scanning contract identified by the two-estate audit. The caller now exists and grants security-events: write, while the reusable workflow remains pinned to a full, default-branch-reachable standards commit. This lets Hypatia upload SARIF and satisfy the protected-branch code-scanning rule without weakening SHA pinning or branch protection.
