This keeps the Python interpreter discovery logic as-is and simply uses the config file as the highest source of truth, leaving the existent introspection mechanism in place for any information not present in the config. For the final implementation, we probably want to use the interpreter specified by the config. Also, maybe consider adding an extra option for users to provide a matching host interpreter, to be used in things such as bytecode generation. |
