Bench pass on RAK4631 (master + this digest, tinyusb 0.21.0-252-gcb3caee): UF2 mass-storage read + bootloader self-update via UF2 drive, re-enumeration, app CDC, bootloader CDC (--enter-dfu), and a full 729 KB serial DFU via adafruit-nrfutil (43 s, app boots) - all pass. 17/17 boards build. Digest delta upstream is docs/HIL-rig only, no device-stack changes.
