fix: smoke trusted immutable Pages deployments

Summary

• resolve the trusted Cloudflare Pages check attached to the exact release SHA
• run the full smoke suite against its immutable pages.dev deployment without Cloudflare credentials
• keep canonical-domain verification manual and document synthetic monitoring as auxiliary only
• fail closed for missing, ambiguous, unsuccessful, untrusted, malformed, or invalid deployment metadata

Verification

• npm run check (0 errors)
• npm test (506 passed)
• npm run build
• focused resolver/workflow tests (33 passed)
• independent whole-branch review: approved
