feat: chapters 17–25 — token layer, Part 2 close, and the five case studies

Completes the curriculum: chapters 17–25, one chapter per commit, drafted with the fable pipeline — 1 fable drafter (writes MDX + playgrounds, recomputes every number with culori) → 3-lens opus review (facts + pedagogy + code) → fable fixer → browser-verified (fresh dev server, zero console errors, interactives exercised) before each commit. All checks (pnpm check, typecheck) green per chapter.

Each chapter ships one flagship playground plus minimal demos, "Check yourself", and primary-source "Further reading". Claims verified against primary sources while drafting: radix-ui/colors source values, Tailwind v4.3.2 theme.css, material-color-utilities 0.2.7 output, @adobe/leonardo-contrast-colors v1.1.0 output, Vercel's Geist exports (fetched 2026-07-12), CSS specs, and MDN Baseline data.

For the publish-gate pass

Chapter statuses are flipped to published in curriculum.ts — merging this PR deploys all nine chapters. Per the publish gate, that's the maintainer's call after working through each chapter (questions → revisions, voice pass, Check-yourself answerable).

(Supersedes #4, whose chapters were dropped; that work is parked on opus-chapters. Pipeline state and per-chapter notes live in the gitignored .pipeline/.)
