This PR addresses

• Export and import option for craftbase board data. Now you can sync craftbase work to your local machine so that you don't lose it unexpectedly.
• Add viewport culling for performance reason. At 3000 elements in board, there was fps degradation while drag/pan process. This viewport culling ensures there is smooth experience in drag/pan even at 3000 elements or more.
• Add limit for craftbase board size. On board size can only have until 4MB. Beyond that you'll need to either remove elements or start fresh. It will give you option to backup the work you've done in form of JSON file to be downloaded.
