Summary
Clarifies Polyester agent instructions so active Character Loom runtime work is routed to Polyester, not Latticework.
Why
The previous wording left room to treat Latticework as an active runtime source. That caused incorrect investigation and PR targeting for agency fixes that belong in Polyester.
Validation
Documentation-only change; inspected the diff and confirmed the shared Polyester checkout is clean.
