Add the pinned Claude review workflow at
.github/workflows/claude-review.ymlas a byte-identical copy from Fred.Motivation
Enable Claude PR reviews in this repository while retaining the trusted-base checkout and restricted review tools.

Copied from Fred's workflow at commit
913e7376ee1c8ebfbd7c19f4d812caee10d19c89. Anthropic OIDC federation accepts protectedmain. The workflow has no base-branch filter, so PRs targeting other branches will fail federation. This behavior is tracked in mdn/fred#1988.Related issues and pull requests
