Release Dotmend 0.2.0 with project-local
.dotmend/storage, clearer PNG import and path recovery, and automatic Git exclusion of generated work. Projects keep independent workspaces while sessions in the same project share their work.Large palettes now show up to 20 frequently used entries and open in Mark issues mode. Agents explain the subset, read saved marks, and edit the requested areas while retaining the full palette and original indices.
Validation: local browser/MCP suite (29 tests), formatting, Clippy, release builds, and packaged-interface smoke checks passed for the implementation. This PR runs the required Windows, macOS, and Linux checks for the release tree.
Existing installations should remove fixed workspace arguments to use project-local defaults. Older
.retro-art/data is not automatically migrated.
