To me it makes sense to only resolve and snooze incidents that belong to you. But the other plus side of this is that it's faster if you are working on Pagerduty setups with many users and incidents.

Opening this for discussion as opposed to expecting it to be merged as is. Maybe we want a way to also use
pdh.incidents.list()via a flag/argument, etc?
