The plugin lives under elder-care-casework/. Keep real patient records, recordings, transcripts, case profiles, generated findings, dispatch prompts, and correspondence drafts out of git — use the checked-in templates, agents, prompts, and skills only. See SECURITY.md.

Shorthand sources clone over SSH by default. If you don't have an SSH key loaded, set CLAUDE_CODE_PLUGIN_PREFER_HTTPS=1.
- Open Customize → Plugins.
- Under Personal plugins, choose + → Add marketplace.
- Enter

There is no downloadable .plugin bundle — this plugin installs from the marketplace.

python3 tools/validate_repo.py .The claude.ai organization marketplace is a separate path and is not the one for public community use: an org-managed marketplace repository must be private or internal — public repositories are not accepted — and it requires the Claude GitHub App. To deploy this plugin org-wide, fork it into a private or internal repository first.
Start with the plugin README's typical workflow. In short: create a case-context ledger, inventory the PDFs the facility sent, map what's actually in them, review in packets, then draft from the cited findings.
Every skill is invocable as /elder-care-casework:<skill>, and as bare /<skill> when the name is unambiguous.
- Ohio is the only state currently implemented. Federal authority (Medicare appeal levels, 42 CFR Part 483, HIPAA right of access at 45 CFR 164.524, the Long-Term Care Ombudsman program, Medicaid Fraud Control Units) applies everywhere and is cited directly. But the venue references, agency names, and state statutes throughout are Ohio's — the skills that draft complaints and Medicaid correspondence will offer Ohio agencies and Ohio code citations by default. If you are outside Ohio, you must substitute your state's survey agency, insurance regulator, Medicaid office, and statutes before sending anything. Verify every citation against your state's official source. A state-neutral structure with per-state reference files is designed but not yet built. Adding your state is the most valuable contribution to this project — see CONTRIBUTING.md, and note it requires no coding.
- Machine-generated findings are candidates, not conclusions. Every quote, date, and page citation must be verified against the source before it goes into a filing.
- This project does not track deadlines. Medicare and Medicaid appeal clocks are short and strict. Read yours off the notice that sets it.
