Migrate doc to zola - #210

Follow-up to the Docusaurus-to-Zola migration: this file was kept around in that commit to keep the diff focused for review.
Mirrors the migration already done in mbarbin/crs (and mbarbin/mdexp before it), replacing the Docusaurus/npm-based doc/ site with a Zola static site, following the same Diátaxis content structure (tutorials/guides/reference/explanation) plus the blog, and reusing the same ZolaNight-derived templates, sass, and CSS scheme. Verified with `dune build @doc/all @doc/content/runtest @doc/fmt` and `zola build` (0 broken links, 21 pages, 10 sections). Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
