Description

Remove the unsupported Isaac-Reorient-Franka registration and config, its example entry, and its generated browser entry. This is the explicit breaking removal requested for isaac-sim#7829; custom users must keep a local copy or use a maintained reorientation task.

Review base maximiliank/franka-split-base-20260929 is exactly upstream develop at eb6617cda. This is layer 1 of the draft split of isaac-sim#7829; the fork PR is for a focused diff because upstream branch creation is restricted.
