What It Produces

• document owner, version, and effective date
• workflow purpose, trigger, and completion state
• prerequisites and numbered procedure steps
• an owner and completion criterion for each step
• quality checks and an exception path
• a field checklist and revision history

Privacy Model

The builder is static HTML and JavaScript. Entries remain in the current browser tab and are used only to render the Markdown preview and create the downloaded file.

The application has:

• no backend or API calls
• no account system
• no analytics, cookies, or tracking pixels
• no local or session storage
• no third-party JavaScript or remote fonts

The public app caches only its static application files after the first visit, so the builder can reopen without a network connection. Form entries are never added to that cache or any other browser storage.

Do not enter credentials, payment data, private keys, or sensitive customer information. Closing or refreshing the tab clears the form.

Review An Existing SOP

The free ten-point SOP quality checklist checks an existing procedure for missing document controls. Pasted text stays in browser memory and is not submitted or saved.

Reusable Template Files

The Free SOP Starter Template packages an editable SOP, field checklist, fictional example, and security guide as one ZIP. It requires an email address for delivery but no payment details. The $15 SOP Template Pack adds multi-workflow planning and document-control files.

Run Locally

Clone the repository and open index.html in a browser. No build step or package installation is required.

To test the installable offline version, serve the directory from localhost so the browser can register its service worker:
