Release v0.1.4 with false-positive fixes

Summary

• ignore symlinks inside directories that the scanner already excludes
• recognize only statically verified yaml.SafeLoader and yaml.CSafeLoader subclasses
• add pinned CodeQL analysis for the production package
• prepare the project metadata and documentation for v0.1.4

Validation

• ruff check .
• ruff format --check .
• pytest — 119 passed, 85% total coverage
• built wheel and sdist; twine check passed
• installed the wheel in an isolated environment and scanned the safe fixture
• compared v0.1.4 with v0.1.3 against current Hermes main: no added or removed findings across 97 plugins
