- Updated minimum iOS framework to 12.0, as 8/9 are absolutely ancient - Remove 'arm64' as an excluded arch for simulators, as that is needed for Apple Silicon macs - Remove enablement of ARC (as it is no longer supported for a long time) - Change objc library script to build an XCFramework, so that we can include both iOS and simulator targets - Add the aarch64 simulator to the C wrapper build script - Change lipo to create a universal simulator file. x86_64 is a simulator, not an iOS version
