Adds a tools page for Backtickle, a free, open-source Markdown editor and reader for macOS, Windows and Linux.
The syntax table was checked by rendering each element of the guide in Backtickle's preview. Heading IDs, definition lists, subscript and superscript work in its Pandoc, Quarto and MultiMarkdown modes, and highlight works in its Obsidian mode, so those are marked partial.
