Why
The weekly triage session can't read code scanning or Dependabot alerts: the Claude GitHub app gets HTTP 403 ("Resource not accessible by integration") on both APIs. This workflow reads them with its own token and prints them to the job log, which the triage session can read.
What
.github/workflows/security-digest.yml, read-only (contents: read,security-events: read).GITHUB_TOKEN.DEPENDABOT_ALERTS_TOKENsecret, becauseGITHUB_TOKENcan't read them. Without the secret, that step is skipped and the job still passes.Setup after merge
Create a fine-grained token scoped to
masud90/backtickleonly, with Dependabot alerts: Read-only, and save it as the repository secretDEPENDABOT_ALERTS_TOKEN.Generated by Claude Code
