Build on merged #182. Add a read-only, allocation-free per-discovery request-attempt accounting value on the canonical C++ MmsLiveDiscoveryResult. Four actual service categories (GetNameList, GVA, DataSet directory, RCB Read) counted just before the existing exchange. No extra MMS traffic, no second engine, no concurrency change, no altered request order. Assert exact count against full transport send count and DataSet-backed opt-in closure in C++ regression. This is the first measurable prerequisite for a negotiated-outstanding pipeline; do not claim Smart Discovery parallel scheduling until it has an independent safe receive/invokeID model and parity tests. Naming guard, C++ CI, reviews required.
