Use the grid module that Vex generates for the strategy grid - #1

The strategy grid gives its offsets from grid.generated.js, a standalone module that the Vex compiler makes from the pilot program of Vex (packages/pilots/scripts/ireko-grid.ts). The module has no import, and a property test in Vex compares it with the old code of ireko, with the same bits. The tests and the golden SVG files pass, and the core is 14.94 kB. The trees of 111 nodes are about 2.2 times slower in the benchmark, so this branch waits for a faster printer of Vex. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The new module has statements and loops. A width of a column and a height of a row come from a map of the groups, and the start of a column or a row is a binary search on the prefixes.
