The automated workflow tests failed because Harbor 2.13.2 does not support installation on the WFM running on arm64. This issue is expected to be resolved in Harbor 2.16.0, which will add arm64 support: |

Update Oras, Go and Helm module scripts to be architecture-aware for standalone devices and WFM instead of hardcoding amd64.
