Edge App (or container) signature #75

Requirements Description (Required)

The Edge APP needs to be signed for cybersecurity authetification. According to the level of cybersecurity expected by the fleet manager provider, the Fleet manager check (or not) the app signature at the moment of deployment to the device. In case the Edge APP ha no default signature, this his the fleet manager to decide if the fleet maanger user can allow the deploymeent (or not) applying it's own signature or by other way.

Notice 1: No way to have a market place to check Edge App signature, beacause an intermediary market place is not mandatory.
Notice 2: The techncial way to sign and authenticate the Edge Apps has to be defined by the TWG, like for example signing the conainer of the App or other method.
