Move the library from package/ to packages/react-native-nitro-sqlite so the workspace can host sibling packages (e.g. a future vector extension), updating all build, config, CI, and example references for the new path. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
