This change fixes the GitHub Pages deployment for JupyterLite by ensuring the baseUrl is correctly set to /praxis/assets/jupyterlite/. Previously, the build process attempted to copy a non-existent configuration file, leading to incorrect base URL settings (defaulting to ./) and likely causing the deployment to fail or load incorrectly. A Python script is introduced to patch the generated configuration file with the correct base URL post-build. Also cleaned up an accidentally tracked build artifact.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 10286476551144916116 started by @maraxen

- Added `scripts/patch_jupyterlite_config.py` to update the `baseUrl` in the generated `jupyter-lite.json` file.
- Updated `praxis/web-client/package.json` `build:gh-pages` script to use the patch script instead of copying a missing file.
- Removed tracked build artifact `.jupyterlite.doit.db`.
