Commits the pending local modification to .idea/quartzite.iml — 22 added lines, generated by the IDE.

Note on review

The file contents were not inspected: .idea/** is Read-denied in .claude/settings.json, and AGENTS.md § Communication treats IDE files as the user's domain. This PR was opened at the user's explicit request.

Reviewer should confirm the added lines are the intended IDE state — I can't vouch for them beyond the line count.
