Publish docs on release
publish-docs.ymlcan now also be called as a reusable workflow (workflow_call).release.ymlcalls it in a newpublish-docsjob, so the docs page inmaptoolkit/docsis updated every time a version is published to npm.needs.release.outputs.published == 'true'), same condition asdeploy-pages. The docs therefore always describe the version that is on npm, not unreleased README changes onmain.workflow_dispatchstill works for out-of-band doc fixes.publish-docs.yml).README badges
Replaced the badges with versions that also work on the Maptoolkit docs page:
LICENSEpath, which was a dead link on docs.maptoolkit.comNotes
DOCS_REPO_TOKENsecret, which is already set up for the manual workflow.
