Summary

Adds a variant option so the logo control can be used for both our free maptoolkit.org customers and paying maptoolkit.com customers.

map.addControl(new LogoControl({ variant: "com" }));

• variant: "org" | "com", defaults to "org" – existing setups keep linking to maptoolkit.org, no breaking change.
• Link target and title come from an internal preset per variant, so future differences (e.g. a different logo) can be added there without changing the public API.
• The container gets a maplibre-maptoolkit-logo-control-- modifier class for variant-specific styling.
• The link target is intentionally not freely configurable.
• New export: LogoControlVariant type.
• README: new "Options" section.
• Changeset: minor.

Testing

• New unit tests for the default (org) and com variant (link target + modifier class).
• npm run lint, npm run typecheck, npm run test pass locally.
