…closes #490) §7.4 Live ceiling — docs, not features (hard-capped by the philosophy). The plan's conclusion applied: don't fight agentic grep on live search; position query_context / get_callee_signatures / get_lines / get_method_impact / verify_suggestion as what the agent's own loop CALLS for grounding — deterministic, byte-stable, auditable at each step. New 'Your agent's live loop' section in mcp.md with the canonical sequence table; README MCP section gains the framing paragraph, a link, and the previously-missing get_method_impact in the tool list.
