Closes #620.
Allow one unpinned iPhone/iPad redownload request when the account's catalogs have no app or offer and the public App Store catalog returns HTTP 404. The fallback uses the same account, has a 30-second timeout, honors cancellation, and validates the returned app identity and package platform.
Preserve pinned downloads, endpoint order, and existing handling of authentication, license, network, and malformed-response errors.
