Authentication and bag requests can hang indefinitely, and transient transport errors currently abort login. Add a 30-second request timeout for authentication and bag requests, plus a 15-second connection timeout for authentication requests.
Retry transient authentication transport failures within the existing three-attempt limit, honoring
Retry-Afterand preserving signed payloads, cookies, and 2FA codes. Add regression coverage for timeouts, retry classification, and session continuity.
