build(deps): sync package-lock with vite 8 devtools transitive deps

Syncs package-lock.json to the already-committed dependency versions.

• Adds ~23 missing transitive entries pulled in by @vitejs/devtools-kit (Vite 8), e.g. @devframes/hub, birpc, nostics, pathe, perfect-debounce, tinyexec.
• Normalizes the root maizzle and @maizzle/tailwindcss specs from * to latest.

No package.json changes — lockfile-only sync from npm install.
