Talk can now prepare an agent runtime through the existing session runtime-access operation before a host fills its composer. The new shared action waits for explicit submission admission, respects retry/deadline hints, supports cancellation and returns only safe readiness state. Opt-in sends revalidate readiness and preserve the existing no-replay behavior.
Agent discovery also projects the existing provider, model and thinking defaults without exposing runtime configuration or credentials. Release: 0.2.6.
Validation: 108 automated tests and the full portable npm release/package check passed. Desktop candidate verification observed readiness before draft prefilling, with no agent message submitted. No backend code, provider credentials or user settings changed.
