Record the completed repository separation and publication: shared devtools 0.2.2 is on npm, Claude 0.3.1 is independently released with a registry lockfile, and its public marketplace installation was verified. Remove the resolved publishing blocker from the roadmap.
VS Code and the Codex marketplace retain their existing 0.2.1 pins. Codex/OpenCode extraction remains deferred. Documentation only; checked links against the published release, merged migration PR and successful CI/install results.
