Release devtools 0.3.2 with a shared, typed discovery API for host integrations. Account-scoped reads verify the actual credentials used, reject account changes, and preserve legacy unscoped behavior. Environment pagination is shared and bounded; MCP discovery gains optional name enrichment and saved connections can be listed without metadata writes.
Validation: 124 tests, TypeScript checks and standalone npm package verification passed. The Codex consumer also passed its 30 tests against this archive. Claude and VS Code are unchanged.
Publish devtools first through the existing trusted-publisher workflow; verify its registry integrity before releasing Codex 0.4.2.
