Host integrations need reusable local-project operations without importing another host's implementation. This adds the public
createProjectOperationsAPI for repository discovery/deletion, Docker builds and preview-checked devcontainer JSONC updates, including validation, shared locks and cancellation. It also makes the existing MCP-skills capability flag match dispatch while retaining the default behavior.Prepare devtools 0.2.2 as an additive package release for the independently maintained Claude Desktop consumer. Existing Codex implementation stays in place. The pending OpenCode changes in the development checkout are not included. Document integration ownership and deferred extractions.
Validation: 87 tests pass; packaged ESM consumer and release metadata checks pass; package/boundary checks reject a bundled Claude implementation. Claude's separate 43-test suite passes against the packed dependency.
