Add the production read-only MCP App for existing account status, environments, agents and saved project MCP discovery. Bundle devtools 0.3.2 and use its public account-scoped APIs. Keep native Codex themes and exclude historical probes from the shipped package. Co-authored-by: Codex <codex@openai.com>
The CI archive contains the same files and modes as the local candidate; pin its actual archive integrity before the Codex release. Co-authored-by: Codex <codex@openai.com>

Release MainSequence Codex 0.4.2 with a production Agents/Tools MCP panel. It reads the user's existing account and environments, browses agents and project MCP releases, marks saved connections, and inspects saved tool schemas through public devtools 0.3.2 APIs. The panel uses native Codex theme variables and rejects stale account/environment contexts.
Devtools owns session handling, account binding, validation and transport. The shipped package includes no probe, custom Codex or Claude adapter. Agent sending is a later phase; this panel exposes read-only discovery only.
Validation: 30 tests, typecheck, standalone npm archive checks and isolated stock Codex registration passed. Devtools 0.3.2 is published and its registry integrity must be verified before this release tag is pushed. Authenticated desktop acceptance is tracked separately.
