• routes/agents.tsx: three specialist nodes on a fixed stage, active glow + current action, handoff edges lit from collaboratingWith, idle roster + empty state off a call. Uses useAgentGraph from Phase 1.
• 2 render tests: empty state, and a live call (active Property node + a lit concierge-property edge).

Gate: eslint clean, tsc clean, 36 frontend tests pass, build clean. The signed-in Playwright visual review folds into Phase 3, where the stack comes up and the screenshot is captured.
