Super Agents (1/5): openorca live-agent client + useAgentGraph hook

Phase 1 of the in-console Super Agents visualization (see docs/superpowers/superagents-loop.md).

• frontend/src/lib/openorca.ts: typed client for the /openorca contract (graph-token, snapshot, events SSE) plus a pure deriveGraph reducer (specialist nodes + deduped handoff edges).
• frontend/src/hooks/use-agent-graph.ts: token -> seed snapshot -> SSE lifecycle, errors surfaced not thrown.
• Export authHeaders from api.ts (DRY).
• 8 reducer tests over fixture snapshots. No UI yet (that is Phase 2).

Gate: eslint clean, tsc clean, 34 frontend tests pass, build clean.
