Remove the CD deploy workflow

Super Realty is now self-hostable open source plus one live marketing page (superrealty.mahimai.ca on Cloudflare). The realtyrecall Railway services are spun down and Vercel is no longer the deploy target, so the continuous-deploy workflow has nothing to deploy to and only produces failing runs. Lint and test CI remain.
