Rewrites \packages/agentcompass/README.md\ to be concise and lead with Quickstart (English first, Chinese summary below), and tightens the @magpie-community/gateway-agentcompass\ summary in
egistry.json. Docs and registry description only; no code or version change.
Verified with \�un scripts/check.mjs agentcompass\ (exit 0), \�un test packages/agentcompass\ (40 pass), and
ode --test packages/agentcompass/test/router.test.mjs\ (40 pass).
