Reverts the PNG back to a JPG because PNGs are huge. Adds a transparent 1x1px tile-background image to get rid of the wood background while avoiding a 404 error. Adds a prereg_extra.css file so themes can add their own CSS (like if they want to override the background-image file format).

+1 (belatedly) Apparently some people thought "station wagon interior" isn't "generic". Preposterous! |
