From version 1.7, the project seems to be primarily hosted on GitLab. It also changed its build system to use ./bootstrap. Alter the portfile to account for this.

Add myself as the maintainer of the
libntlmport (previously it was unmaintained) and update it to version 1.8.Type(s)
