This PR allows recipe overrides that are missing from the recipe list to be added, improves the settings UI visually and by setting more sensible folder defaults, and the Arguments Add Packages button now remembers the last folder that was used. Additionally, there is now a Settings option to automatically create recipe overrides for any recipe added to the list. Recipe Overrides can now be given a bespoke name at creation, or renamed later.
