This PR somehow depends on neofinancial/ticket-check-action#58. Currently, the documentation points to a branch of a fork of the ticket-check-action. For a "release", it should point to a released version of that action. -- Since that action seems to be not maintained, maybe, this could be merged and then in a follow-up the correct link be added.
This PR makes use of
core.debug. When the environment variableACTIONS_STEP_DEBUGis set totrue, one can see this output.
