- To start, run Processing/PreProcess.py to generate graph data
- Go to http://bioresearch02p.uwb.edu/biores/yw/, upload the graph data with motif size 4 and Nemo Profile to get NemoProfile
- Run Processing/normalize.py to get data750.mat
- Go to MachineLearningModels, run 5 different model, results will be shown in console.
