docs: add no-terminal guide for cloned projects

Summary

• add a detailed Vietnamese click-by-click guide for users receiving a project from GitHub
• add an English companion page to keep locale navigation valid
• expose both guides in the documentation sidebar and link the Vietnamese guide from README.vi
