Dense simulations

Ran most simulations needed for paper. Still need a few time and spectrogram plots.

SNR vs MSE training w/ one signal frame, multiple noise frames

Also corrected the network to prevent duplicate nonlinearities and such.

This release comes BEFORE the release for training on ONE frame with differing noise frames
