internal/agent/nginx_executor.go：agent fallback 启动 nginx 时，优先用 systemctl start nginx/openresty，失败后才回退到直接执行 nginx 二进制。 scripts/nxpanel-agent.service：加 KillMode=process，避免停止 agent 时 systemd 连带杀掉同 cgroup 里的 nginx 子进程。 upgrade.sh：升级前记录 nginx/openresty 是否运行，升级后如果发现 nginx 被带停，会尝试按原状态恢复启动。
