Hey, I'm Lola from Lunch Pail Labs.

I run Lunch Pail Labs, an independent software studio.

I'm currently building and open-sourcing Pipa, the agent I use to run the studio. Pipa combines company context, memory, automations, and operational workflows for planning, research, follow-ups, and project work.

I share how I run a software studio with an AI agent, build practical systems with OpenCode, and open-source what works on YouTube.
