Full artifacts upload to SourceForge FRS via rsync over SSH (mirrored worldwide, no 2 GiB GitHub asset cap); the GitHub release now carries only the notes with SourceForge download links and SHA256SUMS. The part-splitting step is gone. Requires SF_USER and SF_SSH_KEY repository secrets.
